Return Policy



Items are thoroughly checked for blemishes before they are shipped out. Items are also described in detail along with sizing information on the web site to ensure you make the best decision when purchasing possible. However, Kade & Cate does realize that an issue could arise and we want to provide the best customer service available! Should you receive your item and it doesn't fit, you aren't satisfied with it or there is a blemish (stain, tear, ect) then you may return/exchange the item within 15 days of the date of purchase. To return an item, please email with your issue and advise that you wish to return/exchange the item. A Kade & Cate representative will respond within 24 hours to your email with authorization to return the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. However, the following conditions will apply:
1. If you are exchanging the item for any reason other than our error, the new item will be shipped to you free of charge. If we send you the wrong item or size, we will ship the correct item to you free of charge and refund your cost to send the incorrect item back to us.
2. If you do not exchange the item and just request a full refund, the full original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs will be refunded back to you.

Other terms and restrictions:
1. Items for return/exchange MUST be postmarked within 15 days of original purchase to qualify for refund, exchange or store credit.
2. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL, UNWASHED condition. Additionally, item should not smell like cigarette smoke, contain pet hair or have any other undesirable smells. The only exception would be if our shipper destroyed the item. In the event the item arrives destroyed by the shipping agent, immediately take photos and include them on the email to Kade & Cate.
3. Excessive returns/ exchanges will be tracked. Kade & Cate reserves the right to deny/ refuse any exchange/ return deemed to be unnecessary.
